摘要
通过对福建省工会女职工组织的调查,发现其在职业女性人力资本投资方面具有特殊的作为与贡献,但也存在着对职业女性人力资本开发缺乏系统部署和长效机制,投资的针对性不足,吸引力不强,投资不平衡等问题。基于此,提出的对策建议是:明确职业女性人力资本投资目的,合理制定投资规划;加强对投资的分层研究与分类运作,提高投资的实效性;发挥自身优势,多渠道利用社会资源,实施多向度的投资路径。
Based on a research in the women organizations of the professional women in the labor union of Fujian province, we discovered their special accomplishment and contribution, especially on the investment for the capital of manpower of the professional women. However, there are still short of a system for a long - term developing as well as a pertinence and balance of investment. Our countermeasures and suggestions to the inadequate are: First- ly, we must clarify the aim and to lay down the long- term investment project in a rational way; Secondly, we have to deepen the research and to classify the operations to raise the effectiveness of the investment; The third, we should bring into our own superiority using social resources to carry out the multi - directional investment.
