摘要
本文依据CCD的工作原理,为满足空间科学实验用CCD安全可靠性要求,提出了容易获得符合航天等级的FPGA器件作为核心构筑CCD外围驱动电路的方法,进行了CCD相机构造设计,并通过具体电路验证了这种技术路线可实现性。
In order to meet the requirements of security and reliability of CCD in space science experiments,a new method with space level of FPGA devices is proposed,based on the principle of CCD.This FPGA can be used as a core to build peripheral drive circuit of CCD.A CCD camera structure was designed and conducted.A specific circuit is used to verify its realization of this technology.
