摘要 设计了一种TDI(时间延时积分)CCD成像的高速视频电路,阐明了系统的设计原理,重点介绍了高速驱动电路和视频处理电路设计,详细地叙述了影响TDICCD高速驱动的信号完整性因素,以及视频处理单元的低噪声设计,通过合理的电路设计与高速电路的仿真,抑制了高频驱动的噪声,采用了相关双采样(CDS)技术滤除了相关噪声,提高了图像的信噪比,并通过实验获得了15MHz的高频驱动波形及成像图片。 A high frequency imaging circuit applied on a TDI(Time Delay Integral) CCD is designed in this paper.The design principle of the system is specified in which the high speed driver circuit and video processing part are emphasized.The factors that influences signal integrity of high speed driver and video processing with low noises are introduced in detail.The reasonable circuit design and simulation of the high speed circuit are adopted.So the noises of high speed driver are under control.The correlated-double sampling technique is applied to eliminate the noise of video signals.And the signal-to-noise ratio of the system is enhanced.The result with good performance of the system is acquired by experiment under the frequency of 15MHz.
