摘要
以某大跨度钢管混凝土系杆拱桥系梁施工为背景,通过对预拱度的准确控制,解决了大跨度分段现浇混凝土系梁线形难以控制的难题,针对相邻节段处混凝土容易产生裂缝的原因,综合运用了防裂技术,解决了裂缝的难题,而拱脚定位技术保证了拱脚预埋段的准确,为拱肋拚装及合龙提供了有利条件。
According to the construction of tie beams in a long-span steel tube concrete tied arch bridge,and through an accurate control on the cambers,the difficulty of controlling the line shapes of long-span sectional cast-in-situ concrete tired beams is solved.For the easy occurrence of concrete cracks in the adjacent segments,crack preventions are used comprehensively.In addition,the arch springing location technology ensures the accuracy of the pre-embedded section of the arch springing,which provides favorable conditions for arch rib assembling and closure.
