摘要
公司外部治理风险是公司治理风险中很重要的一部分,用生产要素市场、债权人市场、控制权市场、信用中介市场、融资市场、社区环境以及包含社会道德规范在内的与公司治理有关的法律法规等评价指标来分析公司外部治理风险,能够使公司决策层了解公司外部治理的风险来源,及时做出相应的风险应对处理以降低公司外部治理风险,确保公司内外部利益相关者的利益制衡。
External corporate governance risk is an important part of corporate governance risk. It is solved by evaluation indicators of external corporate governance such as the market for factors of production, creditors market, the market for corporate control, the mar- ket for credit intermediary institution, financing market, community environment, and laws and regulations concerned with corporate governance within social ethics. And all stakeholders from all levels usually use these evaluation indicators to analysis corporate risk status step by step to promote the manager of decision-making level to timely know about the source of external corporate governance problems to make timely feedback to minimize external corporate governance risk. Thereby they ensure the interests of the equilibrium between internal and external stakeholders.
