摘要
不结球白菜Polcms的花器官有随不育度的提高而变小的趋势,雄蕊长、♂/♀在不同的不育系中都与不育性表现稳定的显著负相关,不育系温度敏感产生的微量花粉大部分具有活力,但随育性级别的提高,其花粉含量降低,有活力花粉率下降,散粉时间延长或不散粉。
Flower organs of Pol cms nonheading Chinese cabbage became smaller with the increase of sterility. Stamen length and the ratio of the length of stamen to pistil length showed significant negative correlation with sterility. Most of the temperatureinduced pollens were viable. Highly male sterile plants produced low pollen quantity,low percentage of viable pollen,delay of pollen,release or without pollen release.
