摘要
在我国宪法序言的最后一段,明文规定了各类宪法主体有维护"宪法尊严"的义务。迄至今日,宪法尊严一词的使用已有浮滥之患,但学界对之研究甚为寥寥。通过对宪法尊严的法理疏释、对宪法尊严的立基眇指细作解读,从而明晰了宪法尊严的基本内涵,即良宪至上,宪法权威,宪法信仰,违宪必究。
In the last paragraph of the Preamble of the Constitution, clearly defined are the obligations of various constitutional subjects to maintain ＂constitutional dignity＂. Up to now, the foregoing term has been used too frequently to arrest due academic attention. Based on this, we make a jurisprudence interpretation of the term, scrutinize its basis and intention, and clarify its basic connotations： supremacy of good constitution, constitutional authority, constitutional belief, and constitutional review.
