摘要
阐述了农村经济社会发展对大学生村干部农业技术知识的要求,分析了当前大学生村干部所具备的农业技术知识的状况,提出了以培养优秀大学生村干部为目标的高等学校对有志于到村任职的大学生进行有针对性农业技术知识教育的建议策略。
The paper elaborates and analyzes the urgent need for knowledge of agricultural techniques possessed by university student village officers in the rural economic and social development,and the knowledge level of agricultural techniques that the university students have acquired.At the same time,the paper also puts forward some useful proposals for those colleges aiming at fostering qualified university student village officers who are passionate in this future career.
