摘要
以大学生成长成才为核心,综合素质的提升为目的,实施大学生愿景计划书管理模式,分析其特点及育人效果,并针对实施过程中存在的问题,提出改进建议。大学生愿景计划书管理模式,在促进学风建设、加强学生管理、培养学生自我成才意识、提高学生综合素质等方面具有可行性、针对性和实效性。
The reason why a vision and strategic plan is so important for a college student is that it cares his or her growth academically,spiritually and socially.This paper proposes some possible ways to make actionable vision and strategic plan to drive breakthrough improvements for college students.Consider the basic elements for a vision and strategic plan that can drive breakthrough improvements shown in many areas concerning students＇ growth healthily and wealthily.If any of these statements ring true for you,you should be aware that no critical component is missing-a vision and strategic plan that meets the criteria set forth in the aspects above.
