摘要
通过深入分析数字海图在分幅、坐标系统、投影等方面的特殊性,研究了数字海图在投影和坐标系统等方面的基本预处理技术,解决了数字海图无投影信息和本图坐标系统等造成的问题;并编写程序实现了数字海图的自动批量化预处理,效率高,误差小,解决了实际问题,为数字海图在数据融合、更新等方面的进一步应用提供了前提保障。
This paper had analysised the specificity of the digital chart in the respect of map-framing,coordinate system and projecting,it researched on the pre-processing technology of digital chart in the area of projecting,coordinated system and so on.And implement the auto-processing and batch-processing with programming.It is effective;little error and has solved lots of practical problems and supports the chart-applications in areas such as data-integration and data-update.
