160羽1周龄健康肉用雏鸡被随机分成2组,经1周的适应后进行试验。对照组和试验组的日粮处理分别为:基础日粮、基础日粮+0.02%维生素C。试验为期5周。研究在日粮中添加微量维生素C对慢性热应激肉用仔鸡生产性能及某些生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:试验组的料肉比对照组低,增重是对照组的109.16%,且试验组的胸肌/体重,腿肌/体重的比值高于对照组,试验组的甲状腺重量高于对照组,血清中T3/T4的比值极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组的肾上腺重量小于对照组(P>0.05),血清中Cor.的含量较对照组低(P<0.01)。
AA broiler chickens at one week old were selected and randomly divided into two groups. After one week acclimated,they were respectively feeded on basal diet (control group) and basal diet+0.02% Vitamin C (experimental group). The experiment was conducted for 5 weeks to examine the effects of Vitamine C on the performance and some biochemical parameters of broilers during chronic heat stress. As compared with the control,experimental group increased body weight gain 9.16%,decreased feed coversion rations (FCR). Besides these the percentages of leg and breast muscle yields was increased in experimental group (P>0.05). The weight of thyroid gland was higher in experimental group, and the weight of adrenal gland was lower in experimental group. The experimental group significently increased the plasma triiodothyronine contents (P<0.01),significently decreased the plasma cortisol content(P<0.01).
