摘要 利用透射电子显微镜技术,研究了棉铃虫(HelicoverpaarmigeraHübner)真核精子和无核精子的超微结构,比较了经γ射线照射的棉铃虫精子与未照射虫精子结构的差异。结果表明,棉铃虫真核精子和无核精子的顶体结构有较大差异。真核精子有核,呈半... Observations under transmission electron microscope showed that the structure was different between eupyrene sperm and aupyrene sperm of Helicoverpa armigera. The euyrene sperm consists of arosome, semimoonshaped nucleus,flagellum and appendages on the plasma membrane. The mitochondria derivative of eupyrene sperm links tightly with axoneme. The eupyrene has no nucleus and appendages on the plasma membrane. The acrosome connects with flagellum by protein microtubes. The mitochondria derivative of aupyrene sperm links untightly with axoneme. The structure of sperm is intact after Helicoverpa armigera has been irradiated, but the number of protein arms on the doublet of axoneme decreases or the arms dismiss by irradiation.
