摘要
在酸性条件下，通过溴酸钾氧化茜素红可测定反应催化剂亚硝酸盐含量，其最大吸收峰为４１５ｎｍ，在１５～７０μｇ亚硝酸盐范围内线性相关（ｒ＝０．９９９６），回收率８９．１％～９８．７％。
The content of nitrite acted as catalyst was detected with potassium bromate in acid conditions.The reactive compound showed the maxmum absorptive peak at 415nm,the link relation at nitrite concentration of 15～70μg (r=0.9996),recovery of 89.1～98.7%.
