男性尿道金黄色葡萄球菌与支原体混合感染对生殖的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对男性尿道分泌物支原体和细菌培养,了解男性尿道金黄色葡萄球菌与支原体感染对其精液质量的影响,为临床对男性不育症的早期诊治提供帮助。方法所有病例选自2009年5月至2010年5月之间,968例患者均来自预防保健所性病防治门诊,年龄25~38岁,根据细菌和支原体培养结果分成金黄色葡萄球菌感染组(AUR)、金黄色葡萄球菌与解脲脲原体混合感染组(AUR+Uu)、金黄色葡萄球菌与人型支原体混合感染组(AUR+Mh)、解脲脲原体感染组(Uu)和人型支原体感染组(Mh)。对以上培养阳性患者进行前列腺常规和精液常规检查。结果金黄色葡萄球菌和解脲脲原体混合感染可加重患者前列腺炎症,降低患者精子的活力和动力,其影响程度明显高于金黄色葡萄球菌或解脲脲原体单独感染的影响程度。结论金黄色葡萄球菌与Uu混合感染可以加重对精液质量的影响而致不育,故及早检出金黄色葡萄球菌与Uu混合感染,有利于泌尿生殖道疾病的早诊治,减少其并发症的发生率,可降低其对男性不育的危害性。 Objective To understand the influence of staphylococcus aureus and mycoplasma infection in male urethras to their seminal quality on the basis of the instance of mycoplasma and bacteria culture from male urethral secretions,so to offer help for clinical early diagnosis and treatment to male barrenness.Methods All of the cases were chosen from May 2009 to May 2010 and 968 sufferers aged 25-38 years old came from STD clinic.According to the results of bacteria and mycoplasma culture,they were divided into Staphylococcus aureus infection group(AUR),Staphylococcus aureus and ureaplasma urealytium mixed infection group(AUR+Uu),Staphylococcus aureus and mycoplasma hominis mixed infection group(AUR+Mh),ureaplasma urealytium infection group(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis infection group(Mh).The positive sufferers from these cultures were checked on prostate routine and semen routine.Results Staphylococcus aureus and ureaplasma urealytium mixed infection aggravated their prostatitis and debased the energy and motivity of their semens.Their influencing degree was obviously higher than that of staphylococcus aureus or ureaplasma urealytium single infection.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus and Uu mixed infection can harm seminal quality and lead sterility,so early detection of Staphylococcus aureus and Uu mixed infection is propitious to the early diagnosis and treatment of genitourinary tract disease,which can decrease the of incidence rate of complication and debase the harmfulness to male sterility.
