摘要
目的了解本地社区居民的健康素养水平,分析其影响因素,为开展健康教育及健康促进工作提供参考依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,抽取瓯海区梧田街道南村社区15～65岁常住居民(包括在社区内居住满6个月以上的外来人口)480名进行问卷调查,统一采用《2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷》;社区居民健康素养水平的影响因素采用Logistic回归分析。结果调查对象整体健康知识知晓率为31.7%,总的健康行为形成率为84.6%,总的健康技能掌握率为64.1%;Logistic回归分析显示有统计学意义的变量是年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状态和月收入。结论本社区居民健康素养水平总体偏低,其健康素养受年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状态和月收入等因素影响,以文化程度和月收入影响最为显著。
Objective To understand health literacy of local area residents and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide reference for healthy education.Methods With the stratified random sampling method,Chinese Citizens＇ Health Literacy 2008 was applied to survey 480 permanent residents aged from 15 to 65（including those floating people inhabited in the community more than half a year） in certain community.Related influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results Awareness of health knowledge of all investigators was 31.7%.Healthy behavior formation was 84.6% in general.And 64.1% of the investigators had healthy skills.Variables with statistical significance indicated by Logistic regression analysis were age,gender,occupation,educational background,marital status and monthly income.Conclusion The general level of health literacy in this community is relatively low,which is influenced by age,gender,occupation,educational background,marital status and monthly income,especially educational background and monthly income.
