摘要
以普光气田至上海的天然气管道建设工程为背景,探讨了投产工艺在天然气长输管道投产中的实际应用。通过对采用"气推气"方式的天然气置换工艺、分阶段接替升压等投产方式进行技术分析,结合川气东送实际,更好地指导今后的输气管道投产工作。
Taking the natural gas pipeline construction project from Puguang gas field to Shanghai as an example,this article discusses the actual application of the long-distance natural gas pipeline commissioning processes. By technical analysis of the natural gas replacement process of 'Gas-to-Gas Process'and boosting by phases commissioning mode,combining the case of Sichuan to East gas transmission,it can provide better guide for future pipeline commissioning.
