摘要
目的探讨B超引导下经皮肝穿刺多电极射频消融治疗肝癌患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析14例行射频消融治疗肝癌患者的临床资料,总结围术期护理体会。结果 14例患者均为第1次行经皮肝穿刺射频消融。1个月后CT复查,病灶均呈低密度改变,治疗效果良好。结论术前做好心理疏导、术中密切配合、术后加强病情观察及并发症的处理是保证射频消融治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience in hepatoma patients by B-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation（PRFA）.Methods A retrospective nursing process analysis was conducted in 14 hepatoma patients by radiofrequency ablation so as to summarize the perioperative nursing experience.Results All the patients underwent PRFA for the first round.After one month,the CT scan showed low density changes,which indicated that the treatment was effective.Conclusion The keys of successful operation lie in preoperative psychological counseling,intraoperative close cooperation,postoperative intensive observation and treatment of complications.
