摘要
目的探讨森林脑炎所致精神障碍的临床表现。方法对13例森林脑炎所致精神障碍患者进行精神症状分类,使用(非)经典抗精神病药物治疗,分别在治疗前及治疗后的1、2、4、6周末使用简明精神疾病量表(BPRS)及药物副反应量表(TESS)(治疗后评定)进行疗效及副反应评定。结果森林脑炎所致精神障碍以感知觉障碍、思维障碍、睡眠障碍为主。利培酮、奥氮平以体重增加、泌乳或闭经、头晕头痛为主;氟哌啶醇以嗜睡、静坐不能为主。在治疗的1、2、4、6周末,BPRS减分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论森林脑炎所致精神障碍表现形式各不相同,与功能性精神障碍有区别,临床医师应加以重视。
Objective To study the clinical manifestations of mental disorders which caused by forest encephalitis.Method 13 patients were classified by psychiatric symptoms,and took classical or non-classical antipsychotic,before and after 1,2,4,6 weeks treatment,using The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）（Evaluate after treatment） to test curative effects and side effects.Results Perception disorder,thinking disorders,sleep disorders were the main symptom of mental disorder which caused by forest encephalitis.The main side effects of Risperdal and Olanzapine were gain weight,lactation or amenorrhoea,dizziness and headache.Haloperidol was sleepiness,akathisia.After 1、2、4、6 weeks treatment,BPRS has significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions The forms of mental disorder caused by forest encephalitis were different and it＇s different from functional disorders,so clinicians should be pay serious attention to this disease.
