摘要
中国的乡镇企业是在改革开放初期,广大农民为参与工业化过程中的利益分割而选择的一种经济组织形式。在社区政府、乡镇企业经营者等各方力量共同作用下,乡镇企业在改革开放初期出现了蓬勃兴起的局面,但是随着市场经济体制改革的不断发展,乡镇企业发展后劲严重不足,不得不进行转型改制。
China＇ s township enterprise is an economic organization forms that general farmer to participate in industrialization process in benefit division,in the reform and open policy initial period.The township enterprise had emerged vigorous in the reform and open policy initial period,under combined action of all quarter strength,such as community government,township enterprises operators,and so on.But township enterprise can not but carry on transforming,because it is growth potential serious insufficient,along with market economy system reform unceasingly development.
