企业间技术授权理论:一个文献综述

摘要 在市场经济中,技术水平对企业竞争力的影响是不言而喻的。对于自主研发能力有限的企业来说,技术引进是一个不错的选择。技术授权是技术引进的一个重要途径,也是技术创新市场化、商业化的重要渠道,尤其对那些不从事产品生产如大学及科研机构,技术授权是其收回研发成本和赚取部分利润的一个重要手段。文章从技术拥有企业是生产性企业和非生产性企业两个方面,按照文献的发展脉络与逻辑关系对技术授权合同的选择、技术授权对象的选择以及技术授权的社会福利效应进行了概括和总结,并分析了最近技术授权研究的最新发展趋势。
