摘要
供应处承担着油田生产建设物资采购、供应和管理职能。做好供应物资质量的管理和控制是提升我们油田企业市场竞争力,立足内部市场,拓展外部市场的头等大事,关系到我们整个油田企业的生存与发展。分析了目前供应物资管理存在的问题及原因,提出了通过加强油田物资供应的过程管理来提高油田物资供应质量水平的一些具体措施。
Supply Department takes charge of supplies purchasing,rationing and controlling.Well managing and controlling supplies quality is of top priority in advancing competitive force of oilfield business market,grasping internal markets and expanding external markets,and is with relation to survival and growth of the whole oilfield enterprise.The author,having analyzed problems existing in current supplies management and the cause leading to their emerging,puts forward some concrete measures to improve quality of oilfield supplies by strengthening supervision over their process.
