摘要
随着物流行业快速发展,高职物流就业岗位呈多样化趋势,文中指出高职学校应该根据市场需求建立基于物流岗位职责的物流培养方案,建立生产性实训基地,通过对人才市场招聘需求分析,文中提出建立以培养六大就业方向岗位体系为目标的生产性实训基地建设方案,并探讨了相关实训项目。
As the development of logistics industry,the employment position of logistics shows a diversity trend.It pointed out that the school should be determined the core curriculum according to market demand,and establishment the productive of logistics training based on the responsibilities and demands.This paper also put forward a productive training base which can meet the cultivate goal contain six employment position system.The correlative training programs is also discussed in this paper.Finally,we put the teaching methods such as skills competition assessment,training base rent outside and modular teaching based on tasks.
