从目的性和道德性两方面展开分析校园警务的立法价值。校园警务目的性立法价值是构建校园警务统一立法;校园警务道德性立法价值是保证校园警务活动在实体上与程序上的公正性,在秩序上和效益上的效率性。
We shall define the legislation value of campus police mechanism by two aspects of purpose and moral.The purposeful legislation value of campus police mechanism is that we shall establish unified legislation for our country＇s campus police mechanism.The moral legislation value is that we shall guarantee justice and efficiency to campus police mechanism.The justice includes two aspects of substance and procedure,the efficiency is shown in two aspects of order and benefit.
