摘要
建立物流投入产出评价指标,基于DEA模型,分析2008年全国31个省、市、自治区的物流投入产出效率。研究表明,DEA总体无效的省、市、自治区共有22个,全国物流投入产出平均总体效率、平均纯技术效率、平均纯规模效率分别为0.71,0.79,0.90;说明我国物流效率偏低的主要原因是纯技术效率偏低造成的,物流投入存在严重的浪费现象,物流产出还有相当大的发展空间;需要加快改造和提升现有物流资源,物流效率可以进一步提高。
Logistics input-output evaluation system is established,based on DEA model,2008 year,31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions of logistics input-output efficiency are analyzed.Result shows that there are 22 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions are not DEA overall effective,the average overall efficiency of logistics input-output,average pure technical efficiency and average pure scale efficiency are 0.71,0.79,0.90,respectively,which explain the lower pure technical efficiency is the main reason for lower logistics efficiency in China,logistics input exists the serious waste,logistics output has large development space,existing logistics resources need to be accelerated to transform and upgrade,the logistics efficiency can be further improved.
