摘要
目的探讨MRCP结合MRI对低位胆道梗阻的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经ERCP或手术病理证实129例低位胆道梗阻病人的MRCP及MRI资料。结果胆总管下段结石97例,胆管炎12例,胆总管下段癌4例,胰头癌11例,壶腹癌5例。结论认为MRCP结合MRI成像对低位胆道梗阻的诊断准确率明显提高,是一种安全有效的检查方法。
Aim To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRCP combined with MRI in low lever biliary obstruction disease.Methods MRCP and MRI were performed in 129 cases who had been diagnosed by clinical of ERCP and pathologic results.Results There were 97 cases of stone in diatai of common bile duct,12 cases of cholangitis,4 cases of cancer in diatai of common bile duct,11 cases of carcinoma of the pancreatic head,5 cases of carcinoma of ampulla.Conclusion MRCP combined with MRI is an excellent and accurate method in the diagnosis of low lever biliary obstruction disease.
