TPO/TPO抗体与甲状腺疾病相关性 被引量：17

摘要 目前认为甲状腺过氧化物酶(thyroid peroxidase,TPO)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(Autoimmune Thyroid diseases,AITD)、妊娠甲状腺疾病以及甲状腺肿瘤都有密切的关系。该文试就TPO/TPOAb的基因表达和上述甲状腺疾病的相关性作一简要介绍。
