摘要
目的对二陈汤配方颗粒质量标准进行研究。方法采用薄层色谱法对二陈汤配方颗粒进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对陈皮中的橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果橙皮苷的进样量在0.214～1.070μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.37%,RSD=1.09%(n=6)。结论所用方法可行、重复性好,能有效地控制二陈汤配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To study the quality standard for Erchentang dispensing granules.Methods Erchentang dispensing granules were qualitatively identified by TLC.Hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was determined by HPLC.Results The linear relationship of hesperidin was in the range of 0.214-1.070 μg.The average recovery rate was 98.37%,RSD=1.09（n=6）.Conclusion The method is feasible with good reproducibility,which can control the quality of Erchentang dispensing granules effectively.
