海金沙全草脂溶性成分治疗水烫伤实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察海金沙全草总提物中脂溶性成分对小鼠水烫伤的治疗作用。方法制备小鼠背部烫伤模型,分离出海金沙全草总提物的水溶性成分和脂溶性成分,分别用75%乙醇配成10%的溶液作为实验组用药,以75%乙醇作为对照组用药,观察3种药液对小鼠烫伤的治疗作用,记录创面脱痂愈合时间并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,脂溶性成分药液能更好地治疗小鼠的烫伤,缩短创面脱痂愈合时间(P<0.01);水溶性成分药液则与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论海金沙全草脂溶性成分治疗水烫伤有显著疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of the Lygodium's liposoluble constituent on scald in mouse.Methods The mouse's dorsal scalded model was established.The water-solubility and liposoluble constituents were isolated from Lygodium.Then,75% alcohol was dispensed for 10% solution as the experimental medication and 75% alcohol as the control medication.To observe the effect of three medicines on treating scald in mouse.The healing time of wound decrustation was recorded and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the medicinal solution of liposoluble constituent had better effect on treating scald and shortened the healing time of wound decrustation(P0.01),while there was no statistical difference between the medicinal solution of water-solubility part and the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The liposoluble constituent of Lygodium is significantly effective to treat scald.
