摘要
挥发性脂肪酸是维持肠道内正常微生态环境的重要因素。本文对鸡感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫以及鸡同时感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeriatenela)和肠炎沙门氏菌(Salmonelaenteritidis)时盲肠中挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的变化情况进行了研究。鸡在感染球虫后第7d时盲肠中的乙酸、丁酸的含量和VFA总量呈显著下降(P<0.05),但丙酸的下降不显著;在第10d、14d时各VFA含量亦有所下降,但差异不显著。结果表明:球虫感染时肠炎沙门氏菌感染的增强与VFA含量的下降有关。
The effect of Eimeria tenella infection on the cecal volatile fatty acids of chickens was studied.Chickens were necropsied at 7,10 and14 days after coccidial infection.The concentrations of cecal acetic acid,butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids in the birds with coccidiosis were significantly lower than that in the chickens free of coccidial infection at 7 days postinfection.Results indicated that the change of cecal volatile fatty acids might be partially,at least,responsible for the enhancement of concurrent Salmonella enteritidis infection in the chickens with cecal coccidiosis.
