摘要
对IT风险投资项目的融资风险建立评价指标体系。基于项目融资风险中存在大量的相互作用关系,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立IT风险投资项目的融资风险评价模型。通过实证分析并对比基于层次分析法(AHP)建立的风险评价模型的结果,说明ANP方法在融资风险评价中的优势,并给出具体的风险管理建议。
In this paper, evaluation system for the financing risk system of IT venture capital project is established. On the basis of interactions among project financing risks, analytic network process （ANP） is adopted to set the model of IT venture capital project financing risk evaluation in this paper. It is indicated that ANP has advantages in risk evaluation over analytic hierarchy process （AHP） based on the empirical analysis in IT project risk evaluation. Specific recommendations for risk management are given at the end of the paper.
