摘要
在对区域智力资本与区域创新能力进行系统梳理和全面综述的基础上,界定区域智力资本和区域创新能力的内涵,并运用一般智力资本理论和区域创新能力理论对它们进行维度划分和识别,提出区域智力资本与区域创新能力的构成要素及其要素的内涵,初步构建二者的测度指标体系基础,为未来进一步研究二者的定性定量关系奠定理论基础。
This paper firstly presents systematic review and detailed theoretical analysis of regional intellectual capital and regional innovation capacity. On the basis of a comprehensive overview of intellectual capital and regional innovation capability, it draws the connotations of regional intellectual capital and regional innovation capability. Using general intellectual capital theory and regional innovation capability theory, we further provide the dimension classification and identification of them, and figure out the components as well as their elements thereof. Finally, the basis of their measurement indicator system is primarily established, which would lay a theoretical foundation for further study on the qualitative and quantitative relationship between regional intellectual capital and regional innovation capacity.
