摘要
介绍了基于TwinCAT,借助PC和总线端子,采用软PLC技术,开发出纯PC型数控系统,并且成功应用于母线冲孔机。纯PC型数控系统,相对于传统控制技术方案和基于运动控制卡的PC解决方案,具有明显的优越性,今后很可能成为数控系统的主流解决方案。
The article introduces based on TwinCAT,with the aid of PC and bus terminal,using the soft PLC technology to develop the pure PC numerical control system,which is applied to the generatrix punch press.This system differs from the traditional control technology plan and PC solution,based on the movement control card,it has the obvious superiority and may become main solution of the numerical control system from now on.
