6σ Robust Optimal Design of Breech and Block's Fillet Based on Respond Surface Method

摘要 传统结构优化设计计算效率低,且大多不能满足稳健性设计要求。将响应面法与6σ稳健优化方法相结合,在多学科优化软件ISIGHT中对炮尾圆角进行了模型优化设计,得到了较为稳健的设计结果。 Calculation efficiency of the traditional structural optimal design is low and most of the results can not meet the robustness requirements.The response surface method is combined with 6σ robust optimization methods in this thesis.A more robust result is obtained after optimizing the model in multi-disciplinary optimal software ISIGHT.
