摘要
本文根据国投新集刘庄煤矿121301工作面的回采实践,阐述了高产高效综采工作面设计和设备选型配套的科学合理性,介绍了通过在工作面生产过程中新技术、新工艺的使用,达到了简化生产工序、实现生产过程中的连续性、最大限度地提高采煤机开机率的目的,从而实现了安全高效生产,为其他一井一面矿井综采工作面的设备配套及组织高产提供了参考。
Based on the recovery practices on 121301 working face at Liu Zhuang Coal Mine of SDIC Xinji Energy Co.,ltd.,this paper presents the scientific rationality of high output and high efficiency face design,and associated equipment selection.In this paper,new technology and processes used during the face production process are described to attain the goal of simplified production,continuous production process,and maximum enhanced usage rate of miners.As a result safety and high efficiency production are achieved and the new technology can be taken as a reference for equipment association and high output in fully mechanized face at other coal mine with one face.
