海藻酸钠改性聚丙烯滤嘴材料对烟气的吸附过滤研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对烟用聚丙烯纤维滤嘴材料极性小、对烟气吸附效果差、降焦性能低等问题,以海藻酸钠为改性剂,对聚丙烯纤维进行物理涂覆改性,并研究其对卷烟烟气的吸附性能.结果表明:海藻酸钠质量分数为1.49%时,改性后聚丙烯纤维滤嘴对烟气的过滤效率比未改性滤嘴提高了17.6%,改性滤嘴截留后的主流烟气中总粒相物比未改性滤嘴降低了19.3%,焦油及烟碱含量分别降低23.2%和8.7%. Polypropylene(PP) fiber as a kind of cigarette filter materials has the property of small polarity,poor adsorption for cigarette smoke and tar.The sodium alga acid was added to PP fiber by coating in order to enhance adsorption effect of cigarette smoke filter,and the adsorption effect of the modified PP fiber for the mainstream cigarette smoke was researched.The result shows that,compared with unmodified PP,the filtration efficiency of modified PP(with 1.49% sodium alga acid) improves 17.6%.After adsorbing by modified cigarette filter,the total particulate matter in mainstream cigarette smoke reduces 19.3%,and the quantities of tar and nicotine are decrease 23.2% and 8.7% respectively.
