摘要
主要通过失重法即测量金属试样浸入腐蚀介质一定时间后的质量变化来测定腐蚀速率,从而研究肉桂醛及其复配体系在盐酸介质中对铁的缓蚀性能,并讨论了用量、温度、时间、肉桂醛浓度对铁缓蚀性的影响,结果表明,肉桂醛、邻苯二胺与1,10-菲罗啉三者以1.2∶1∶1的质量比复配时,对铁丝的缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀率为94.5%。
This paper measure the corrosion rate by weight-loss method that is the variation of metal sample's quality after soaking in the corrodent for a period of time,thus researchs the slow-release outcome in case that the iron is in the Hydrochloric acid solution with cinnamaldehyde and its distribution system,discusses the effect caused by quantity,temperature,time,the concentration of cinnamaldehyde.It turns out to be that the best quality percent of cinnamaldehyde、o-phenylenediamine and 1,10-colorimetry is 1.2∶1∶1,under this conditon,the slow-release outcome is best,the the corrosion rate is 94.5%.
