摘要 三点法是风机找动平衡较为实用的方法,用同一试加质量依次试加在互为120°的3个方位上,测出3个振动值,然后用CAD软件绘图。在现场条件允许的情况下,三点法找动平衡效果较理想,计算及绘图准确,采用该方法可将振幅降至0.05mm以下。 The three-point method is a relatively practical dynamic balancing method for fans.In this method,an identical trial mass will be located in proper sequence on three positions,the angles between two of them are all 120°,for measuring the three vibration values,then the drawing diagram by using the CAD software.The result of the three-point method can get perfect effect in the site conditions,the calculation and the diagram are accurate,and the vibration amplitude will be reduced less than 0.05 mm by using this method.
