电除尘器空载升压试验中短路和开路故障分析

Analysis on short-circuit fault and open-circuit fault of electrostatic precipitator in no-load voltage rising test

摘要 介绍了电除尘器的工作原理,在此基础上,论述了电除尘器空载升压试验中最常见的各类短路和开路故障,故障会导致电除尘器电压升不到额定电压值。分析了短路和开路故障的原因,采取了相应措施后,故障得以消除。 The working theory of the electrostatic precipitator was introduced;based on this,various common kinds of short-circuit fault and open-circuit fault in no-load voltage rising test of the precipitator were expounded.The voltage of the electrostatic precipitator could not rise up to rated voltage due to these faults.The reasons of short-circuit fault and open-circuit fault were analyzed;the relevant measures were adopted;so the faults were eliminated.
