摘要 表皮生长因子是一种重要的肽类物质,因具有特殊生理功能而逐渐成为当今研究的一道亮点。本文主要综述了EGF对动物肠道黏膜机械屏障、化学屏障和免疫屏障的影响,阐述了EGF对动物肠道分泌、消化和吸收功能的影响,从而探讨EGF对肠道健康的保护作用及其可能的作用机制,同时讨论了研究中存在的一些问题。 Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a substaintial peptides. For its special physiological function, more and more researchers put emphasis on it. In this article, the effect of EGF on mechanical barrier, chemical barrier and immunologic barrier of intestinal tract mucous membrane were mainly summarized. It was also expounded that the effect of EGF on the secretion, digestion and absorptive function of intestinal tract. The protective effect of EGF on the health of intestinal tract and the possible mechanism of its function were reviewed. The problems present in the previous researches were also discussed.
