摘要
采用切片显微观察的方法研究了5个烤烟新品种(云烟202,云烟203,云烟97,中烟100,PVH19)及对照品种云烟85上、中、下部位叶片组织结构的差异。结果表明:从叶片厚、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织和海绵组织厚度比、上表皮厚、栅栏组织和叶厚度比等与烟叶品质较密切的特性来看,各品种综合表现依次为中烟100>云烟202>云烟203>云烟97>PVH19>云烟85。因此,中烟100的叶片组织结构较好。
In order to reveal the difference of the tissue of different position leaves and the economic characters of different flue-cured tobacco varieties,Slides observation under micro-scope was used to study the tissue of different position leaves of different flue-cured tobacco varieties.The results showed that tobacco varieties in order of the value of some key features closely related to tobacco quality,such as leaf thickness,thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue,and the thickness of upper epidermis,were Zhongyan-100Yunyan-202Yunyan-203Yunyan-97PVH19Yunyan-85.Therefore,the tissue constitution and the economic characters of Zhongyan-100 was the best.
