摘要
基于现代EAF炼钢流程的工艺特点,通过引入模糊数的概念,将配料成分约束模糊化,建立了基于柔性约束的配料模型,来提高配料的灵活性和适应性。采用模糊区间和模糊机会约束规划技术实现柔性约束的清晰化,合理解决了传统线性规划中由于约束条件过多、过于严格而导致的成本增加,甚至模型无解的问题,并通过仿真试验验证了方法的有效性。
Based on modern technological features of steel-making process of EAF,this paper makes the fuzzifies the constraints for the ingredients through introducing the concept of fuzzy number,establishes an ingredients model based on flexible constraints to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of ingredients,and makes the flexible constraints clear by using the fuzzy intervals and fuzzy chance constrained programming technology,solves the problems of cost increase or even no solution model of traditional linear programming caused by overmany and too strict constraints,and verifies the effectiveness of this model by related simulation experiments.
