摘要
近年来,风险投资在我国发展十分迅速,它在促进我国高新技术产业的发展,推动产业调整,优化资本配置等方面都起到了很重要的作用。介绍了风险投资的概况以及我国风险投资的发展现状,分析了我国风险投资存在的问题,提出了发展对策。
In recent years,the venture capital,which develops very rapidly in China,plays an important role in accelerating the development of China＇s high and new technology industries,promoting the industrial adjustment,and optimizing capital allocation,etc.This paper introduces the general situation of the venture capital and the current development of the venture capital in China,analyzes some problems existing in the venture capital in China,and puts forward some development countermeasures.
