摘要
目前我国图书馆事业发展的最大障碍就是缺乏全国统一适用的图书馆法。介绍了国内外图书馆相关立法的现状,并提出了一些见解,希望能够促进我国图书馆立法的进程。
The biggest obstacle to the development of librarianship in China is the short of a unified and applicable library law.This paper introduces the present situation of library legislation in China and foreign countries,and puts forward some opinions on accelerating the process of library legislation in China.
