摘要
从论述3G技术的特征及高校图书馆的服务人群特征出发,具体分析了3G技术在高校图书馆的应用前景和面临的障碍,并从基于Lib2.0的3G图书馆网络体系的建设、人力资源提升、馆藏配置优化、完整的管理体系建立等4个方面提出构建基于3G技术的高校图书馆的一些思路。
Starting from the features of 3G technology and the characteristics of university library＇s service receivers,makes the concrete analysis on the prospects and obstacles of the application of 3G technology in university library,and puts forward some ideas for the construction of university library based on 3G technology from four aspects of the construction of Lib2.0 based 3G library network architecture,the improvement of human resource,the optimization of collection configuration,and the construction of complete management system.
