摘要
新进教师是高校发展不可缺少的后续力量,但承载人才信息的人事档案呈现杂乱无序、材料不全的状态,不能如实反映出人才的全貌,因此新教师人事档案的规范立卷整理是人事部门一个必须重视的问题。从采集新教师信息入手,就如何规范、高效地做好新教师人事档案立卷提出了科学可行的档案整理流程。
New teachers are the indispensable follow-up forces for the development of universities,but their personnel archives,which are mostly disorganized and incomplete,can’t faithfully reflect the whole pictures of the talents.Therefore,the standardized filing work is an important problem needing attention of personnel department.This paper puts forward a set of scientific and feasible procedures of archives arrangement starting from the collection of new teachers’ information and standardized filing work of new teachers’ personnel archives.
