摘要
考察鹅绒藤提取物对亚硝胺合成的阻断作用和对亚硝酸钠清除作用。采用L(933)正交试验法提取鹅绒藤中的活性成分,选择最佳提取条件,并测定鹅绒藤提取物对亚硝胺合成的阻断率和对亚硝酸钠的清除率。提取鹅绒藤中活性成分的最佳条件为:液固比(V∶W)为10(90%乙醇水溶液)∶1(鹅绒藤粉),40℃下提取1.5 h,此活性提取物对亚硝胺合成最大阻断率为63.1%,对亚硝酸钠最大清除率为62.3%。
The inhibition and scavenging effect of extracts from Cynanchum chinensis on nitrosamine reaction and sodium nitrite were investigated,respectively.Active components were extracted from Cyn-anchum chinensis and the extraction conditions were optimized by L9（33） orthogonal test.The study sho-wed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows： the ratio of liquid（90% alcohol） to solids（10∶1）,raw materials at 40 °C,extraction time of 90 min.The maximum capabilities to inhibit the production of nitrosamine and scavenging effect to sodium nitrite were 63.1% and 62.3%,respectively.
