摘要
本文研究了红竹菌素与氯气的反应 ,发现经过氯代修饰后的竹红菌素氯代产物具有更好的吸光能力及更高的光动力活性和光稳定性 ,是一类更好的新型光敏化剂。化合物 C是竹红菌素的七员环上脱乙酰基后的产物 ,经研究 ,结果与 HA和 HB相对应。
HA is used first in China as phototherapautic agent and sensitizers and shows curative effect in treating manifold persistent dermatoses.In order to obtain new serious sensitizers of HA we study the chlorination of HA and obtain the chloroproducts of HA,in which the protons of perylene quinone are singley or double substitutde by chlorine atom.There is not noly the classical etectrophllic substitution but also the free radical reaction taken place in the chiorination of HA.The chloroproducts of HA will be the new sensitizers and photothera pautic agents of better properties,because their wavelenth are longer utilization ratios of light are higer than HA.We also study the chlorinations of HB and C,two derivatives of HA.Their results are similar with HA.
