摘要
针对西部产业结构的现状,分析研究了西部军民融合产业发展滞后的原因,认为推进军民融合对西部加快产业结构优化升级意义重大;西部应力争打造高新技术产业集群,培养一批有竞争力的市场主体,大力发展军民两用技术,争取国家批准在成渝、南贵昆、关天等区域开展军民融合发展综合配套改革试验基地。
Aiming at the status quo of the basis of the industrial structure in Western Regions of China,the paper studies the reasons why the development of military-civilian fused industries in Western Regions lags behind,considering that it is of great importance to propel the fusion of the military and civilian industries for accelerating the optimization of industrial structure in these regions.It is necessary for Western Regions to strive to forge high-tech industrial clusters,foster a group of competitive main bodies of the market,energetically develop technologies for both military and civilian applications,etc.,and endeavor to get state approval to create test bases in the Chengdu-Chongqing,Nanning-Guiyang-Kunming,Guanzhong-Tianshui economic areas,etc.to create test bases to unfold the comprehensive matched reform for the fusing and development of military and civilian industries.
