摘要
探讨了在富N条件下白腐菌降解芳香化合物酶的活性变化和对联苯的降解.研究结果表明,m(C)/m(N)比值对白腐菌的LiP和MnP活性有明显的影响;黎芦醇提高了LiP和MnP的活性及培养基中·OH基数量。
Activity changes of the enzymes for degrading aromatic compounds and cometabolism of diphenyl and veratryl alcohol were studied by using white rot fungus Phlebia radiata I 5 6 under N rich nutritions. The results showed that m(C )/m(N) concentration ratio obviously affected the activity of LiP. Under high concentration ratio of m(C)/m(N) or m(C)/m(N) a larger amount of LiP was produced, but higher activity of MnP could only be produced by the lower concentration of C or N source. When the conentration of C or N surpassed 0.01 mol/L, the activity of MnP dropped down. Veratryl alcohcol increased the activity of LiP and MnP, as well as the amount of ·OH free radicals under various concentrations of N or C source. Ascorbic acid, a kind of scavenger of ·OH radicals free, produced the opposite effect on the LiP and MnP activity, but the two did not affect the biomass of hypha. Under N rich nutrition conditions the degradation of diphenyl was slow, but under cometabolic conditions of veratryl alcohol and diphenyl, the degradation of diphenyl was enhanced obviously. Morever, no intermediate products during the degradation process were accumulated in the culture media.
