产品方案设计与评价一体化系统集成技术

摘要 产品评价在设计过程中占有重要地位,特别是在概念或方案设计阶段。在设计过程中,产品方案设计与方案评价是不断地交替促进过程,为此以履带车辆设计评价为工程背景,建立了产品方案设计子系统与评价子系统的系统集成,给出其设计方法与实现。采用J2EE平台技术,实现了基于Web的履带车辆设计评价一体化系统。管理员可通过Web添加任意层次的评价指标和待评价的设计方案,专家可选择一种或者几种方法来对方案分别进行评价。应用结果表明,系统具有可行性和有效性,为提高产品的总体设计水平提供了便利。 Products evaluation plays an important role in design process,especially at the stage of the conceptual or scheme design.During the design process,project design and project evaluation of the products constantly promote each other in turn.Thereby,taking the design and evaluation of tracked vehicles as the engineering background,in this paper we set up the system integration of design subsystem and evaluation subsystem for product schemes and present its design approach and realization.Specifically,we adopt J2EE technology to realise the Web-based design and evaluation integration system for tracked vehicles.Through the Web,the administrators can add the evaluation indexes of any layers and the design schemes to be evaluated,and the experts can pick out one or several of evaluation methods from many of them to evaluate the design schemes respectively.Application results show that the proposed integration system is feasible and effective.It facilitates the improvement on overall design level of the products.
